Renewals

Your coaching licence needs to be renewed every 3 years regardless of grade. To do this you must complete the form on the Archery GB website and submit this to your county CCO along with evidence of your coaching log and details of any CPD you've undertaken in the previous 3 year period.

You will also need to upload evidence of up-to-date safeguarding training via your Sport80 account, which will be approved by Archery GB directly.

What is the process?

  1. Ensure you have completed up-to-date safeguarding training and upload the PDF certificate to your Sport80 account
  2. Ensure you have renewed your DBS check
  3. Download the renewal form: Level 1/Session, or Level 2/Development/County/Senior
  4. Complete this form with details of your coaching activity and CPD
  5. Send your completed renewal form to your county CCO
  6. The renewal panel will review your renewal and let you know the outcome

Please note that ArcheryGB will ONLY issue your coaching licence once all three things are in place: your safeguarding training, your DBS check and your licence renewal.
